Sculpt and Stretch is a 21 day Pilates challenge designed to help you feel stronger and more open. Across three weeks, the programme blends sculpt focused Pilates with intentional stretching and mobility. Sessions support muscle tone while also encouraging recovery and nervous system regulation. Alongside Laura, this challenge introduces guest instructor Zoe. You will feel challenged and you will build strength, but you will also finish each session feeling calmer and ready for the day ahead Xx
