“I tried a few different online Pilates studios before finding Wild Pilates and falling in love with the different challenges, exercises and Laura’s teaching style. I’ve found the range of workouts means the classes can easily fit around my life.”

Founder & instructor, Wild Pilates
Aotearoa New Zealand

I’m Laura and I’m the one you’ll see on screen in our Wild Pilates classes.
I started teaching Pilates in 2014, opened my own studio in Auckland in 2017, and have been moving and teaching ever since. I’m fully trained with STOTT Pilates across mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrels and special populations, before taking Wild Pilates online to reach more people.
My classes are designed to carry you through every season of life. I filmed our entire Wild Prenatal programme throughout my own pregnancy with my daughter Billie, right up until 5 days before she arrived. Our postnatal programme is built around my own recovery too. Every move is something I’ve done myself, on my own mat, in real time.

“As a mother of four it’s challenging to fit in studio sessions, but with the online platform, I had access to quality prenatal workouts right here in my lounge. It helped incredibly with my postpartum healing too.”

“Rosa and I use your app every day and we are both seeing the most amazing results. We absolutely love your style of teaching, the length of the workouts and ease of doing anywhere and anytime. Loving everything about it.”
