Welcome to day one of the glutes + abs challenge. Today we sculpt the core and glutes using a Pilates ball and optional small hand weights.

Day 2. Obliques + Leg Burn

Welcome to your core challenge using the Pilates ball πŸ”₯ Today we get straight into it and strengthen the entire core. This is great to do alongside a walk.

Day 3. Core Challenge + Walk

Today we focus on building heat and strength in the glutes. Using heavier weights, if you have them and an optional Pilates band.

Day 5. Everyday Express Abs + Walk

I hope you enjoy this fiery glutes and abs class. Expect to work hard and feel the legs, glutes and abs. No equipment needed but ankle weights can be worn to increase the challenge.

Day 6. Glutes and Abs

Stretch out and release tight muscles with this feel good stretch. No equipment needed.

Day 7. Feel Good Stretch + optional Walk

Today we challenge the glutes using an optional Pilates band and the abs with a variety of planks.

Day 8. Glutes + Planks

This class has a lot of variety and we get the best of both worlds strength and sculpt. Designed to level up your Pilates. Make it more challenging by adding a heavier weight ( 5kg+ ), a Pilates ball and band. Or choose no equipment if needed.

Day 9. Strength and Sculpt

This is a short & spicy core workout with options throughout to layer it up for a further challenge. No equipment needed, advanced clients could wear ankle weights.

Day 10. Layer up Core + Walk
10 Mins

This is another core blast using a ball that will challenge the entire core, upper/lower abs and obliques.

Day 11 Part 1: Core Blast with Ball

This short and spicy glute blast is the perfect video to do to really challenge the glutes or to do before another session to activate the glutes. Im using a medium Pilates band.

Day 11 Part 2: Glute Blast
8 Mins

This is a classic Glutes & Abs workout. I am using ankle weights for a more advanced option. Also a Pilates ball for the last round of abs which is also optional.

Day 12. Glutes & Abs

Today we combine the feel good stretch with your choice of your favourite core blast from the challenge.

Day 13. Stretch + Your fave Core Blast
18 Mins + Core Blast

Finish the challenge strong with this power core workout. Today we target the entire core using a Pilates ball. Well done if you are finishing the challenge today!
