Welcome to day one of the Sculpt Series. This is a full body sculpt Pilates class using small hand weights and a Pilates ball.

Day 1 - Full Body Sculpt Day One

I hope you enjoy this glutes and abs class using an optional Pilates band for that extra burn 🔥 Expect standing glute work to get the heart rate up and challenging shoulder bridge sequences and core work.

Day 2 - Glutes & Abs Sculpt

This is your deep abs sculpt class with mobility/stretching to finish. You will just need a Pilates ball. This is a challenging core series so rest when you need.

Day 3 - Deep Abs Sculpt with Mobility

In this strength and sculpt workout expect to challenge the legs, glutes, arms, posture all while keeping the core engaged. Choose hand weights that will challenge you or simply just use your arms.

Day 4 - Pilates Strength and Sculpt

This one is one of my favourites!! Challenge the whole body with a mix of standing and mat work. To level it up im using a Pilates ball, band and hand weights - but all exercises can be done without this equipment.

Day 5 - Total Body Sculpt
35 mins

This is your Pilates rest day to give those tired muscles a break. However we aim to complete the other rules 10,000 steps, follow a nutrition plan of your choice, hit your water goal and complete a daily skincare routine.

Day 6 - No Pilates

This is your Pilates rest day to give those tired muscles a break. However we aim to complete the other rules 10,000 steps, follow a nutrition plan of your choice, hit your water goal and complete a daily skincare routine.

Day 7 - No Pilates

Lets work hard today with this full body sculpt workout. Expect to feel the obliques and glutes as well as arms. Im using a Pilates ball and small hand weights.

Day 8 - Power Full Body Sculpt

Today we challenge the deep abs and burn out the glutes using a Pilates ball and optional ankle weights.

Day 9 - Deep Core Sculpt + Glutes

This is my favourite arms & ab exercises in this short and fiery class. Using small weights + Pilates ball.

Day 10 - Arms & Abs Sculpt

This is the ultimate posture and glute workout! We level up from our strength and sculpt workout to bring you a targeted workout using small hand weights and optional Pilates bands.

Day 11 - Posture + Glute Sculpt

This is the ultimate full body sculpt workout. Targeting Legs, glutes, arms, posture and core. Using a Pilates ball and optional small hand weights and a Pilates band.

Day 12 - Ultimate Pilates Sculpt

This is a firey standing legs and arms workout just using some small hand weights. Perfect If you want to challenge the body in under 20 minutes.

Day 16 - Standing Legs & Arms

This is a targeted deep abs blast using the Pilates ball. Rest when you need this is tough.

Day 17 - Deep Abs Blast
15 mins

Look back on the challenge and choose your favourite class so far. If you are stuck repeat day ones workout its a great way to see how far you have come.

This full length sculpt workout is sure to work the whole body. Using a Pilates ball, optional Pilates band and small hand weights. Well done if you are completing the Sculpt Series - you should be so proud!
